Exhibitors
A limited number of exhibit spaces are available at the ICG-3 meeting. These are available for free on a first come first served basis. Exhibitors are encouraged, but not required to support the meeting through the meeting supporter program.
The ICG-3 will be held at the beautiful Westin Pasadena hotel in Pasadena, California, December 8-12, 2008. The ICG-3 is a premier event in the GNSS and geodesy fields, and represents a great opportunity to showcase your GNSS services or products. Attendance at this exclusive professional gathering is anticipated to consist of a maximum of 200 invitees who will meet with colleagues and exchange views and ideas in a wonderful location. Space will be provided for exhibitors at no cost in the ICG-3 Exhibit Area, located in the Westin’s Plaza I and II rooms on the ground floor adjacent to the hotel courtyard and fountain.
During the ICG-3, lunches and coffee breaks will be served near the Exhibit Area to permit all ICG-3 attendees additional time to view the exhibits. This prime space is limited, with room for 12 to 14 exhibits in 8’x 8’ areas with a 6’ table provided.
The Exhibit Area will be an “open” arrangement, to promote contact and networking. Any partitions brought along as part of an exhibit must fit within the assigned space.
Exhibiting at the ICG-3 presents a unique forum for leaders in the International GNSS community:
- Participate in supporting International GNSS cooperation, including compatibility and interoperability among future global satellite and regional satellite systems;
- Opportunities to present new and emerging technologies;
- Exhibits provide a venue for networking with industry and government professionals from around the world responsible for GNSS development and applications; and
- Media visibility for both the exhibitor and its products.
With GNSS products and services anticipated to only grow in volume and scope, exhibiting at the ICG-3 is an excellent opportunity to invest in the future of your country or business.

Exhibitors can set up starting on Sunday afternoon, December 7, 2008.
The Exhibit will be open from Monday morning, December 8 through Wednesday afternoon, December 10.
